Colliers International has joined forces with Moroccan advisory group Lance in a bid to establish a foothold in the country.
As part of the deal, Lance will fully integrate into the organisation and rebrand to Colliers International.
The new company will employ 15 people based in Casablanca and provide a full range of commercial property transactional services, with particular expertise in advising international companies.
'Lance is the leading independent commercial property consultancy in Morocco and will be an excellent fit with our global business,' said Chris McLernon, CEO, EMEA at Colliers International. 'Morocco is a vital gateway to Africa and is an emerging market in terms of commercial real estate; therefore our expansion there presents exciting opportunities for us and our clients.'
Colliers International’s move into Morocco follows its EMEA office openings in South Africa and Israel.
