The business will be led by Bayan Kuatova, who brings a depth of local market experience with Jones Lang Lasalle and more recently with Locum Consulting since 2006, the adviser said in a press release. The new office will focus on development consulting, leasing, investment and valuation services.

This announcement comes on the heels of the recent announcement by Colliers International of their expansion in the Netherlands with the acquisition of one of the top local firms, Boer Hartog Hooft.
