Lucinda Lee-Bapty is to join Colliers International as a partner within its valuation and advisory services team based in London.
She joins Colliers International from Jones Lang LaSalle, where she spent two years in the Special Projects team within the valuation department.
Lee-Bapty brings with her seven years of valuation and advisory experience in all categories of commercial properties including offices, retail and logistics warehouses.
Her appointment is the second high-profile hire by the valuation and advisory services team at Colliers International in the last 12 months. Frankie Longhurst joined Colliers International as a director in August 2013 to assist in the expansion of the residential team.
