Colliers International has hired Tom McNally as EMEA director of talent acquisition.
The appointment aims to build on the company’s people transformation agenda, which the real estate advisor launched earlier this year with a view to attracting and retaining the best talent across EMEA.
'One of our main priorities for 2018 was to develop a people transformation agenda that was closely aligned to our commitment to double the size of our company by 2020,' said Mo Karim, EMEA director of people transformation.
'Coming from specialist property recruitment background, Tom has a thorough understanding of the current landscape and will ensure that we are able to push ahead with our vision for growth in a strategic and innovative manner.'
McNally joins Colliers from CBRE, where he had been in a key hiring role for the past 3.5 years.
Prior to this role, he ran the property desks at recruitment agencies Investigo and Cobalt Recruitment.
