Colliers Global Investors Italy, acting on behalf of the Antirion Global Fund, has secured refinancing for a portion of the fund's existing debt.
ING, BayernLB, and BNP Paribas provided the refinancing for a real estate portfolio consisting of six properties, with a total value of over €350 mln.
ING acted as both the agent bank and coordinated the documentation for the refinancing.
The financing was structured as a green loan, adhering to the Green Loan Principles outlined by the Loan Market Association.
Additionally, some of the properties were deemed suitable for the EU Taxonomy, a classification system for sustainable economic activities.
Legance represented the banks in the transaction, while Eversheds Sutherland served as Colliers Global Investors' legal counsel.
