Broker Colliers has appointed Stephan Dalbeck as the new head of business development industrial & logistics for the German market, reporting to Nicolas Roy.
In his new role, Dalbeck will push new business and intensify customer loyalty.
He moves to Colliers from Verdion, where he worked as business and portfolio director for the past seven years. His career spanned 17 years in logistics and 16 years in real estate project development.
As a logistics specialist, Dalbeck held various managing director positions in well-known companies in the automotive and contract logistics sectors. He also worked as a project developer for logistics real estate for various players in the industry.
The appointment follows the hire earlier this month of Nicolas Roy as the new head of Industrial & Logistics in Germany. Roy joined the company from Europa Capital.
