Brokers Colliers has announced two new additions to its Polish office agency. Jakub Bartoszek is joining in the position of director of Flexible Strategy Advisory, while Robert Romanowski will hold the position of senior associate.
Bartoszek has over 15 years of experience in the real estate market and joins from Skanska where he was responsible for the leasing department both in Poland and the Czech Republic.
As senior associate Robert Romanowski will be responsible for representing and advising clients on office space leasing. Before joining Colliers, he worked for Brookfield Partners for over five years, where most recently he served as a senior client advisor and team leader.
‘The first half of 2021 showed that the situation in the office market accelerated again after an earlier decline in tenant activity related to the pandemic. However, we notice changes in the tenants' needs, so to respond to them, we are taking new development directions, going beyond the real estate market, making our services even more comprehensive,’ said Pawel Skalba, senior partner, director of Office Agency, Colliers.
