Broker Colliers has announced the appointment of Lovisa Andersson as director in Agency services team for Sweden. Andersson will advise and support property owners and tenants to maximise the potential of their property through Corporate Solutions and Tenant Representation expertise.
She joins the company from JLL, Sweden, where she held the position of head of Corporate Account Management.
Martin Lindgren, head of Agency, Sweden, said, ‘We are in a phase of strong growth, with greater demand for our services, and Lovisa will be working on the development of new services to benefit our domestic and international clients, supporting growth plans for their businesses and for Colliers.’
