Colliers International has ended its partnership with Swiss real estate broker CSL Immobilien following the latter's buyout by Migros banking group in September.
Colliers said the move had led to a change of strategy which no longer dovetailed with Colliers' long-term EMEA strategy. Colliers advises a number of Swiss multinational corporations and investors as part of its EMEA operation which spans 3,404 professionals working in 130 offices across the region.
'Switzerland is a key growth market for Colliers as we continue to build out our leading EMEA platform,' said EMEA CEO Chris McLernon. 'We intend to maintain our reputation as a market leading transactional and advisory business, offering best in class services to our investor and occupier clients within Switzerland’s key cities.'
'We will be seeking out experts in capital markets, leasing, valuation and occupier solutions as we develop and integrate the team into our EMEA platform.'
