Colliers EMEA has further strengthened its facilities management (FM) advisory service to occupiers with the addition of senior expertise from its Dutch team.
Denise Hoogendoorn joins the EMEA enterprise FM advisory team as director of strategic consulting from her previous role leading Colliers’ occupier consultancy service in the Netherlands.
In her new role Hoogendoorn will continue to work with clients across all sectors and global markets, and lead on the strategic development and growth of new delivery models incorporating dynamic FM solutions.
