Colliers International Croatia has been appointed as leasing agent for the expanded and upgraded Dalmare Shopping Centre in Sibenik. The projects second phase is due for completion in Spring 2009 and will bring the centre's total gross lettable area to 54,000 m[sup]2[/sup]. at the cost of EUR 50 mln. The project investor is the Zagreb Montaza group.

The projects second phase is due for completion in Spring 2009 and will bring the centre's total gross lettable area to 54,000 m2. at the cost of EUR 50 mln. Located on the main Sibenik-Split road, Dalmare has a direct catchment area of 70,000 inhabitants within a 15-minute drive and a total 130,000 within 30 minutes. Having leased out the country’s first ‘third generation’ shopping mall, Avenue Mall in Zagreb, Colliers is set to announce further leasing agreements throughout the country over the coming weeks and months.
