Colliers International’s build-to-rent head Toby Nicholson has left the firm to launch his own consultancy business.
Nicholson has set up Leander Royds Alternatives to advise companies on build-to-rent strategies. He will continue to work with Colliers as a consultant.
Nicholson joined Colliers International in 2015 to set up and lead the Build to Rent business across the UK. He was previously an associate director at JLL for more than five years. His work at Colliers International was focused around advising clients on the valuation, appraisal, disposal and acquisition of various Build to rent specific and mixed-use development opportunities.
