Colliers International has strengthened its Russian team with the appointment of Stanislav Bibik as executive director of Investment Services in Russia and Sayan Tsyrenov as director of Investment Services in Moscow.
Stanislav and Sayan have extensive knowledge and a successful track record in investment transactions in all commercial real estate sectors, the adviser said in a press release.
Stanislav Bibik has 10 years of experience in commercial real estate. Before joining Colliers International, he worked at C&W for nine years, where as a partner he advised investors, developers and property owners on various issues related to property disposals and acquisitions, deal structuring, valuations and financing.
In 2007-2008, Stanislav worked in London, where he was involved in investment and corporate finance deals, focusing on the commercial real estate market in the UK and Central and Eastern Europe.
Tsyrenov has been working in the commercial real estate market since 2006. Before joining Colliers International, Sayan was director of Capital Markets in C&W for more than six years, where he provided consulting and agency services to Russian property owners as well as institutional investors on various issues related to financing on local and international markets.
