Global real estate services company Colliers has hired Christina Kämpe as director, capital markets, and regional manager for Gothenburg.

She will be a member of Colliers’ senior leadership team in Sweden. According to the firm, Kämpe is an expert with nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate and investment markets.

She joins Colliers from her role as head of community service properties at NCC Property Development in Sweden and was formerly national director of capital markets, Sweden at JLL for nine years.

Kämpe is also a well-recognised keynote speaker at major real estate events in Sweden, sharing her capital markets knowledge and broad business perspectives on market trends, Colliers said.

The appointment joins a roster of high-profile real estate experts recruited at Colliers in Sweden this year. In addition to Kämpe and the recently appointed CEO, Daniel Gorosch, the company has also taken on Martin Lindgren, former director of operations at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Karin Witalis, former chief analyst at DTZ and CBRE, and Lovisa Andersson from JLL.
