The leasing for the third stage of Serbia’s first business park, Airport City Belgrade, has begun with Colliers International Serbia serving as leasing agent. Four buildings comprising 9,500 m[sup]2[/sup] of Class-A office space have been built with a further 11,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of office space to be completed in two buildings this summer.
The leasing for the third stage of Serbia’s first business park, Airport City Belgrade, has begun with Colliers International Serbia serving as leasing agent. Four buildings comprising 9,500 m2 of Class-A office space have been built with a further 11,000 m2 of office space to be completed in two buildings this summer.
The innovative project has already received two awards. In 2006 it was named the best office project in Belgrade as well as being given the OECD Award for the ‘Largest Greenfield Investment in Southeast Europe’. As leasing agents during the projects first phase Colliers acquired tenants such as Telenor, HVB Bank (UniCredit Group), Unilever, Glaxo Smith Kline, Renault, and Cisco. During the second phase Colliers brought in OMV, Adria Media, Alcatel Lucent, NBG Leasing, Steelcase, and DuPont.
