Property adviser Colliers International has appointed Philip Macauley as a director in its leisure valuations team in London.
With over 15 years of industry experience, Macauley joins Colliers from Deloitte, where he was a director in the real estate and advisory team, responsible for internal and external business development, client management and valuation work.
He has previously held positions at KPMG, Cushman & Wakefield and Montagu Evans.
'It is an exciting time for our Licensed and Leisure team as we continue to expand and enhance our expertise with the appointment of Philip; swiftly after the arrival of Gary Bucknall to our Agency team in Birmingham,' commented James Shorthouse, head of alternative markets at Colliers.
'Philip will focus on valuations in the licensed and leisure sector which continues to be a popular asset class for landlords and investors who are attracted to the long term growth prospects and impressive returns that are on offer.'
