Global professional services firm Colliers has promoted Dorota Paclawska to chief financial officer (CFO) for Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), as of 1 October.

Paclawska has more than 16 years of experience in an international finance environment. At Colliers she has been in charge of management planning processes, the implementation and supervision of cost control procedures, organisation and supervision of the compliance department, restructuring of the legal department and legal processes within the company.

Paclawska joined Colliers 11 years ago from KPMG where she was in charge of audit engagements in real estate, retail and industrial sectors.

In her new role, Paclawska will work closely with Monika Rajska-Wolinska, CEO, CEE, and the wider executive leadership across the six countries: Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria and Romania. She will be part of the startegic decisions made in the region, reporting to Monika Rajska-Wolinska as well as to Davoud Amel-Azizpour, chief financial officer, EMEA.
