Global real estate services firm Colliers International has appointed Esperanza de Justo as business development director in Spain.

De Justo has more than 15 years’ experience of investment deals independently. Recent successes include the sale of the commercial premises at Puerta del Sol 5, in Madrid, to Thor Equities; the joint venture between Inmoglaciar and Aquila Capital to develop real estate projects in Madrid; and the sale of the building at Pau Claris 79 in Barcelona.
