Colliers International has leased 15,000 m[sup]2[/sup] in South Buda Business Park in Budapest on behalf of the landlord GLD to T-Systems Hungary.

Colliers International has leased 15,000 m² in South Buda Business Park in Budapest on behalf of the landlord GLD to T-Systems Hungary.

The letting is the largest office relocation transaction in the Hungarian capital in the past two years, and the sixth largest office leasing transaction in CEE since the beginning of 2010.

T-Systems Hungary offers customised info-communications solutions to corporate and institutional customers.

South Buda Business Park is a 24,500 m² office building located in the Southern Buda business district.
