Colliers adds to EMEA corporate solutions team

Simon Ford is to join Colliers International’s EMEA Corporate Solutions team to strengthen its global account management capability.

He will have responsibility for delivering transaction management, portfolio management and project management services across the firm’s key international client base.

Ford joins from CBRE where he was a senior director within its global corporate services function, leading the Nokia account as global alliance director, as well as responsibility for CBRE’s portfolio service’s business development in EMEA.

The appointment is the seventh hire by Colliers International for its the EMEA Corporate Solutions team this year and the firm says more are planned.
