Global professional services and investment management firm Colliers has acquired Antirion, one of the largest real estate investment management firms in Italy, and Colliers Italy, a formerly affiliated full service commercial real estate firm.
Financial details were not disclosed.
Senior leadership teams at Colliers Italy and Antirion will continue to oversee operations of their respective firms and retain significant shareholdings in the businesses under Colliers’ partnership model. Antirion will begin rebranding as Colliers Global Investors Italy at close.

Founded in 2009 in Milan, Antirion has become one of the most prominent real estate investment management firms based in Italy. With more than €4 bn of assets under management, Antirion has to date managed some 13 funds with investments in office, hospitality, retail, healthcare and residential asset classes. The firm has nearly 40 professionals that cover the region from offices in Milan and Rome.
Colliers Italy, originally founded in 1996, has grown to nearly 80 professionals providing a full suite of real estate services, including landlord agency, tenant representation, investment sales brokerage, property management, valuation and project management services to investors, developers and occupiers of commercial real estate.
