Colliers International has bought Property Partners, a management firm in Hungary that has around 145,000 m2 of sites under management.
Clients in the Property Partners portfolio include Skanska, Deka, Peakside, Erste Bank and Immofinanz across office, retail and logistics buildings.
The two founders of Property Partners, Balázs Györke and József Mózes, will run the new firm, along with their 16 staff.
‘We are experiencing increasing client demand for these services in Hungary, and acquiring Property Partners will help us to increase our market share,’ said Tim Hulzebos, managing director of Colliers Hungary.
