In May, Vinci Immobilier and Socogim completed Le République complex, which was developed as part of a larger regeneration project for the city of Nancy, Nancy Grand Coeur. The scheme provides about 10,000 m2 of office and retail areas, and was sold before completion to Fortis-Lease, a subsidiary of Belgian-Dutch financial group Fortis, for an undisclosed amount.
