Benelux-focused landlord Cofinimmo has announced that chief operating officer (COO) Xavier Denis, who is also executive director of the group, is leavinig the company by mutual consent.
Denis' mandate as director ended on 21 May and he ceases to be COO as of 31 May.
Denis, 45, joined Cofinimmo in 2002, first as head of project development and area manager, then as COO.
Jean-Pierre Hanin, Cofinimmo's CEO, will temporarily oversee the company's operational teams and activities from 31 May.
