Cofinimmo's Chief Executive Serge Fautré has resigned to head AG Real Estate, a unit of Belgian insurer Ageas formerly known as Fortis Real Estate.
Cofinimmo's Chief Executive Serge Fautré has resigned to head AG Real Estate, a unit of Belgian insurer Ageas formerly known as Fortis Real Estate.
Fautré, 51, had been with Belgian listed property group Cofinimmo since 2002. Fautre will succeed Alain Devos as chief executive of AG Real Estate.
Cofinnimo said it would take 'all necessary transition measures' to ensure the succession as soon as possible. Cofinimmo owns a property portfolio worth over EUR 3 bn, representing a total area of 1.8 million m2.
