Belgian REiT Cofinimmo has acquired three medical office buildings in the Netherlands for €13 mln.
The vendors were not disclosed. Located in Baarn and Eemnes (province of Utrecht) and Tiel (province of Gelderland), they are all between 96% and 100% occupied.
'The acquisition of these assets enforces our position in the Netherlands,' said Jean-Edouard Carbonnelle, Cofinimmo's CEO. 'As of today we own nine medical office buildings. These transactions are in line with the group’s strategy to sustain growth within markets in which we operate and that generate the most attractive yields.'
In line with the other medical office buildings previously acquired by the group, the assets are all let to several professional healthcare providers on double net leases.
They are commercially managed by Dutch specialist Maron Healthcare.
'Pursuant to these new acquisitions, the Group’s Dutch healthcare real estate portfolio has reached €194 mln,' concluded Carbonnelle.
