Brussels-listed property investor Cofinimmo has appointed Jérôme Descamps as chief financial officer.
Brussels-listed property investor Cofinimmo has appointed Jérôme Descamps as chief financial officer.
Descamps will be joining Cofinimmo on 1 October.
The Frenchman has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and was until recently CFO of Société de la Tour Eiffel, a French real estate investment trust (SIIC) listed on NYSE Euronext Paris.
Descamps previously worked as CFO for Awon Group (Soros Real Estate) and as financial controller for ISM (a real estate company owned by GDF-Suez and later by General Electric Capital).
He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
