Belgian property company Cofinimmo has promoted Marc Hellemans to the position of chief financial officer and member of its executive committee. Hellemans was head of corporate finance and international development.
Belgian property company Cofinimmo has promoted Marc Hellemans to the position of chief financial officer and member of its executive committee. Hellemans was head of corporate finance and international development.
Marc Hellemans joined Cofinimmo in 2000. Prior to this, he was Senior Auditor at Deloitte from 1996 to 2000. He is a graduate in commercial engineering and followed the INSEAD International Executive Program.
This is the second appointment at top management level in less than three months following the nomination of Jean-Edouard Carbonnelle as CEO in April. Carbonnelle was elevated from the chief financial officer position to replace Serge Fautré who left to head AG Real Estate.
