Cofinimmo group has announced the purchase of the Residentie Moermont healthcare complex in Bergen op Zoom, the Netherlands, for €46 mln.
The complex, operated by care experts Stichting tanteLouise, dates from 2010 and has an A-level energy label. It offers more than 220 care units, spread over an above-ground surface area of more than 16,000 m2. The central part of the building also houses a restaurant, a hairdresser's salon, a small shop, a cybercafé and a movie theatre.
The asset has a remaining lease term of 14 years and provides an initial gross yield of 5%.

Cofinimmo owns roughly €350 mln of healthcare assets in the country, consisting of over 40 assets.
