As part of a reorganisation of the finance department Hans Buysse will take up the position of CFO in early December, with responsibilities for the group's financial strategy and funding.

Buysse (41) joined the company from Deloitte, where he set up the Corporate Finance department, specialising in structured finance. He previously worked for Banque Paribas and Générale de Banque. He is also the President of the Belgian Association of Financial Analysts and a Professor at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

Buysse will be assisted by Emmanuelle Lebrun, who has been appointed finance manager.
