French asset manager Ciloger has bought the Chocolaterie office building in the Parisian suburb of Levallois-Perret from IVG Institutional Funds for nearly €48 mln.

The acquisition was made on behalf of the company's SCPI Atout Pierre Diversification and the OPCI Immo Diversification investment vehicles.

The asset, which provides 6,300 m2 of space, was completely restructured in 2000 and then renovated between 2010 and 2014. It is multi let to eight tenants.

Savills and BNP REIM brokered the transaction. The vendor was advised by law firms Lebreton & Associés and Clifford Chance. Ciloger was advised by ADDH.
