French asset manager Ciloger has acquired an office complex in the ninth arrondissement of Paris from Invesco Real Estate for nearly €52 mln.
The asset is being acquired for Ciloger's Atout Pierre Diversification SCPI investment vehicle, the company said.
The Corner Joséphine office complex consists of three buildings offering a total of 7,400 m2 of office space with retail accommodation on the ground floor. Invesco bought the asset in 2000 through its French partner and asset manager Constructa.
ADDH advised Ciloger while C&C Associés acted for the vendor.
