France's Ciloger has acquired the Grand Angle inner city shopping centre project in Montreuil, in the eastern suburbs of Paris from developer Sopic for about EUR 60 mln. The purchase was carried out on behalf of two funds managed by Ciloger.
France's Ciloger has acquired the Grand Angle inner city shopping centre project in Montreuil, in the eastern suburbs of Paris from developer Sopic for about EUR 60 mln. The purchase was carried out on behalf of two funds managed by Ciloger.
Located in the front of the Montreuil town hall, the scheme will provide around 11,000 m2 of retail space across 31 shops, two mid-sized units and a large supermarket. Grand Angle, which features the 'Very Good' Breaam green certification, is scheduled for delivery in September 2012. Major tenants include Carrefour Market, Camaieu, C&A, Happy, Jules, Lissac, Marionnaud, Mcdonald’s, Naturalia, Paul and Saint Algue.
Ciloger was advised by notary firm Olaf Dechin and EC Harris. Sopic was advised by Gerry Delattre and Jones Lang LaSalle.
