French investment manager Ciloger has named Isabelle Rossignol as new chairman of the board, effective February 1, 2012.
She succeeds Laurent Flechet who left the company in June to pursue a personal project. Daniel Roy, director of Asset Management, has provided strategic and operational continuity during the transitional period.
Rossignol has over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector. She was previously deputy director general of Immovalor Gestion, an SCPI and OPCI fund management arm of Allianz Group.
Ciloger is the fund management arm of Caisses d'Epargne and La Banque Postale, with EUR 3.1 bn of assets under management.
