Global business agent Christie + Co said it has been hired by UK hotel operator Kew Green Hotels and investor Close Ventures to sell the Express by Holiday Inn hotel at London Stansted - Europe's largest Express by Holiday Inn Airport. In a statement, the company said that it has been instructed to look at offers of more than £27.5 mln for the 254-room hotel.

In a statement, the company said that it has been instructed to look at offers of more than £27.5 mln for the 254-room hotel.
Originally built in 2005, the property features meeting and conference facilities with capacity for up to 100 delegates. It also has a 175-space car park. The hotel will be sold by means of a share sale, and is available either with or without the existing franchise agreement, or on a sale and manage-back basis with the current operators.
Christie + Co sold in February the Express by Holidays Inns in Strathclyde and Stevenage for a total of £18mln.
