Purchased in 2014, the site – formally known as Duke’s Lodge – is Christian Candy’s most significant residential development since the renowned One Hyde Park.

The scheme borders the north side of Holland Park and will be the first fully serviced residential development in the area.

Comprising 25 properties, across five Villas, the boutique development is Christian’s final scheme of this scale after more than two decades of London development.

The project has been led by CPC Group as development manager who in turn has appointed a team consisting of architecture by Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands and Studio Indigo, and construction by Knight Build Ltd and Concept Bespoke.

The development includes 24-hour concierge, resident’s car parking, a private screening room, resident’s lounge and business suite, a 17-metre pool with spa facility and a gym.
