Cheyne enters the Netherlands with senior loan to fund Amsterdam project

Global alternative asset manager Cheyne Capital has provided a senior development loan to landlord Great Grey Investments to finance the construction of the commercial and parking components of The Ensemble, a 85,000 m2 mixed-use development located in Amsterdam Southeast.
