Cheyne Capital inks €120m loan for Third.i scheme in London

Alternative investment fund manager Cheyne Capital Management has provided a £103 mln (€120 mln) senior loan to finance the acquisition and development of a residential led mixed-use scheme in Vauxhall, London.
