Cheyne Capital has agreed to finance the creation of a purpose built student accommodation (PBSA) block in Wembley, north west London.
It is the sixth time Cheyne has agreed to back Regal as they underline their confidence in the sector.
Construction of the 998-room Wembley project is slated for later this year with students able to take up residence in the 2027/28 academic year.
