UK investment manager Chenavari is reportedly looking for a buyer for its entire real estate portfolio in Spain valued at around €700 mln.
According to a news report by Spanish paper El Confidencial, Chenavari has hired Alantra to find a buyer for the assets as part of plans to exit the Spanish market.
Chenavari entered Spain in 2014 and has since completed a number of acquisitions from the Spanish banking sector, largely consisting of development loans and existing assets.
