Charles Irvine Group and ARC Capital Markets have formed a strategic alliance to expand and enhance their real estate capital markets and advisory services.
The collaboration seeks to provide clients with access to a broader base of investors and lenders.

Under the terms of the agreement, Cunnington and Tim Clegg of Charles Irvine will join the ARC Capital Markets board, which is chaired by Andy Martin, the former UK CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate.
Robert Sztemberg and Gregory-Eaves of ARC Capital Markets will serve as senior advisors to the Charles Irvine Group.
The alliance intends to extend bespoke advisory and transaction services to assist clients in navigating liquidity events across a diverse range of real estate asset classes and geographies.
