Commerz Grundbesitz Group (CGG) continues its international expansion by opening offices in Paris and Amsterdam. In France and the Netherlands, CGG already manages a real estate portfolio worth about EUR 4 bn. Altogether, the groups manages real estate assets valued at EUR 12 bn.

'For our real estate acquisitions within Europe, France and the Benelux countries represent important target markets. We will further expand our position in these regions,' said CGG's chairman Frank Pörschke. France's office is scheduled to open on April 1, 2007, while the Netherlands' will open by May 1, 2007.
