CEE: New research identifies the 'rising stars' of office investment

International real estate investors are beginning to realise that Central and Eastern Europe is more than shopping centres and logistics. The region’s office sector also offers opportunities that are on a par with, or even superior to, other markets in Europe. The challenge is that the CEE office sector is not necessarily well known or understood internationally.

A new multi-dimensional analysis - presented by Skanska, JLL, Colliers International and the Association of Business Service Leaders (ABSL) - seeks to address this issue by identifying the CEE 'rising stars' in terms of the wider European office investment market.
