Lloyd Hotel

The 120-room hotel, with a volume of approximately 8,300 m2, is considered a national monument according to the broker, dating from 1918.

The sale was realised through the divestment of the shares in the opco/propco structure. Cushman & Wakefield advised the seller on the acquisition of the hotel in 2016, which was followed by the acquisition of the operating company a year later.

The vendor was advised by Cushman & Wakefield on commercial matters and legally by DLA Piper. The consortium led by Cedar Capital Partners was legally assisted by Loyens & Loeff in the acquisition of the hotel.
