Specialist real estate investor Compagnie du Parc (CdP) has announced the acquisition of two well-located industrial assets – Fives Arches Business Estate in Sidcup and Bourne Industrial Park in Crayford, UK, for £30 mln (€35 mln).

The acquisitions, totalling 139,500 ft2 of industrial space, follow the completion of several disposals of mature assets in the UK and Switzerland throughout 2023, generating £150 mln of capital.

CdP has also announced the appointment of Chris Nicoll as portfolio director, to manage the group’s existing assets and support new acquisitions.

Chris Nicoll is an accomplished investment manager with over 25 years of experience and is highly regarded in the UK industrial and logistics sector. Before joining CdP, he was head of Industrial & Logistics at Columbia Threadneedle Real Estate Partners, where he was responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of individual asset strategies to increase property income and value contributing to the overall performance of the sector-wide portfolio.
