The marketing mandate has been given exclusively to JLL's capital markets team in the Czech capital.

Tancící dum is a multi-let building designed by Frank Gehry and Vlado Milunic and completed in 1996. The building comprises 4.000m2 over seven floors and is let to CBRE Global Investors and Accenture. The roof top is let to the Celeste Restaurant which features an extended terrace and a 270-degree view of the city.

Martin Sabelko, managing director of CBRE Global Investors in Central Europe, said: 'The proposed sale is fully in line with the long-term strategy of our Central Eastern Europe business to focus on larger assets which are predominantly within the retail sector. We have received positive interest from the sale of this iconic building and are hopeful of a strong bidding process.'
