CBRE Global Investors has appointed Alain de La Bellière as head of transactions in France.
CBRE Global Investors has appointed Alain de La Bellière as head of transactions in France.
He joins from Generali Real Estate where he has worked as a real estate investment manager since 2004.
De La Bellière previously worked as risk manager for real estate acquisitions for a range of international investors, including Credit Suisse, Cargill, Blackacre, Westbrook, Allianz and Degi.

CBRE Global Investors’ French real estate portfolio spans the retail, offices, residential and logistic sectors and has a total value of around €2.4 bn.
