Invesco Real Estate has appointed CBRE as the property and asset manager of Galeria Kazimierz in Kraków, Poland.
Galeria Kazimierz is a 38,300 m2 shopping centre located at Podgorska street in Kazimierz, Kraków’s historical district. The property offers 140 retail units and a 10-screen multiplex as well as multimedia, sports and household anchor stores such as Alma, Empik, Zara, H&M, Reserved, and Pure.
Separately, CBRE announced it has been selected by developer Centrum Bankowo-Finansowe Nowy Swiat, as the exclusive leasing agent for new A+ class building in Warsaw.
CBRE will be responsible for marketing and leasing the mixed-use project located between the Warsaw Stock Exchange and Nowy Swiat Street.
The building will be adjacent to the existing Centrum Bankowo-Finansowe Nowy Swiat building and will offer 4,100 m2 of modern office space, 1,950 m2 of retail space and underground parking.
Architects AMC designed the building, with Karmar as general contractor. Completion of the building is scheduled for the second quarter of 2015.
