CBRE has signed a facility management contract with the landlord of the German Centre for Industry and Trade in Moscow.
The property is a Class A business centre offering over 23,000 m2 of space and 210 parking spaces. The building was commissioned in 2011 by the owner, an affiliate of the German Centre for Industry and Trade.
CBRE will provide the full range of facility management services including technical due diligence, engineering systems and equipment maintenance as well as reception services.
CBRE currently manages over 400,000 m2 of office premises in Russia, including Central City Tower and Silver City business centre in the Russian capital.
