The 80,000 m2 management mandate marks the inauguration of the property management department of CBRE Romania.
'CBRE has decided to set up a specialised division in Romania because, on the one hand, there is a need for efficient property management in the local real estate market and, on the other, CBRE Romania has specialists allowing it to exploit the full potential of local real estate projects,' said Razvan Iorgu, managing director of CBRE Romania.
Claudiu Szetyanszki has been appointed to oversee the management of Sun Plaza. He will be supervised by Luiza Moraru, CBRE head of retail Romania.
Sun Plaza is the second-largest development project of S Immo. Opened in 2010 and located in the southern part of Bucharest, the mall has over 130 shops, operated both by national and international tenants.
